well i have noticed that every year that FIFA gets worse and worse. 2000 had to worse while i think 98 was the best ever. frankly its the only one that actually had my countries national stadium

i think i can some what visualise it. basically your processor has to compute an entire system and at the same time run it at the clock speed as the internal components. in that aspect you would need a faster processor to run all those things at that ideal clock speed. if the cpu only had to emulate the console cpu then it would be much faster. thas how they mange to get psx emulation down to such a minimum. i think VGS is the lowest but it saly has a very low resolutiona and only ises software emulation. i remember remakin about needing a p2 to run a SNes game smooth. 200mhz to run something that ran on cheap as cpu. yet thats emulation. maybe one day we will get a genius with a new outlook on emulation and revoultionise it and the way its is programmed.

Well i must say when Emux got taken down it was a major blow. yet i think the most destructive thing that happened in emulation was when CPs2 emulation was made possible. man in weeks we had N00bs everywhere, swarming servers which were bogged with shear bandwith leeching. in the first 4moths after CPS2 release sites where droping from various issues. i remember joking with razoola in email that you will kill us all. the fact is the dangerous problem in emulation is that many of the new groups say what next. GBA, PS2, new arcade cart releases it has changed long since the days when it was about reliving the arcade days. lets face it most ppl only care about what they can get for free now-a-days.

HAHAHAHAHA you actually believed BT LOL they will say anything to get you to sign up. most ISP limit you in england Except Aol. reason being they are more expensive and dont promise you network stability and reliabilty. Basically you sacrifice a 96% perfect connection for more ontime. ive been using them for about almost a year now and im happy they never hassle me, send junk mail and they dont cap me. plus apart from the occasional disconnection it now problem. ill wait to see what they do now cause ive got dsl and the cheaper AOL package.

Partition Magic became famous for its ability to edit and manipulate partitions even when they have information. version 8 is out and its so advance now that if the OS isnt on the particular partition you dont even need to restart. so yeah to answer you question get partition magic, BUT becarefull when partitiong do a scandisk and a defrag also is advisible to prevent any mishaps. partitioning is easy but if messed up can mean you loss everything.

well ive noticed mainly from my fellow chaos memeber that many of the arent banned BUT have suddenly forgotten their password. their lapse in memory can only be contageous cause so many of them are "forgetfull". many of you last time i checked werent banned maybe you have just caught the "forgetful bug". yesterday apparently why argueing i caught it and was affected for a while. apparently my bug was more dangerous since i forgot my email address too. well after a while i was cured. yet now im more "mindfull" of my health.

basically your using a buggin geforce driver that happened to me. when i install was it 40. something the early beta and even if you upgrade it may not solve it. you only resort might be to reinstall. thats how i fixed it in win98.
