Finished Yakuza 3 finally! What a fun ride! Now messing around in premium mode trying to find the side missions that i missed and getting those pesky hitmen.

I assume you are talking about the 2nd boss in Okinawa. The one that throwing knives at you at far. 1st of all, use all the furniture in the room to beat him up. Use every possible items that you can to drain his health. 2nd, make sure your characters are sufficiently leveled up. Try to get at least the 2 finishing blows where you can press Triangle, Triangle after normal punches. I normally stick to Square, Square, Square, Triangle, Triangle. When the boss goes into heat mode, you have to be more careful as he is prone to interrupt you mid combos. So, stick to smaller combos then sway away, rinse and repeat to slowly chip away his health. i have seen people playing it and from what i seen, cutscenes, then more cutscene, then walk, then battles, battles then more cutscenes. I stand there in the shop for one hour to see if anything changes than that, but nothing changed. Depends. You can try to go for the Jason McDowell's trophy, which required you to beat the game in 5 hrs for GOW1. GOW2 takes slightly longer but still doable. So basically, maybe 12 hrs average i would say.

Yakuza 3. Damn, I enjoy this game a lot. The mini-games are fun. Currently, I am bringing Haruka around town trying to get her trust up to A level. So, have been playing bowling, UFO Catcher, arcade, eating ice cream, sushi, cakes, buy drinks for her; just like how you would treat a kid. Awesome.
