Bosses are supposed to be stronger and either have cheap ai or really really over powered moves. I'm happy with this Mizuki, cuz I can like, use her. She doesn't have big priority in SSVS And the pig move need to be done close.

You need to Zetumei Ougi Amasuka, Zankuro and Gaoh to fight Mizuki. That's all?? No time limit or anything?

Low quality? NRX is more than capable of outputting interpolated ADPCM/FM sound at 44kHz. Do you want more than that? Is there such a thing as low quality sound in emulators?? Well, some people consider 22kHz low quality. But calling 44kHz low quality is BS. Make not much diff to me. As long as I could hear "Power Gaaaaysar!!!"
