What is the best anti-air move for Gouken? so far, the best for me is the weak Fireball and the Strong hurricane kick that was timed perfectly.

Thanks for the tips. I am struggling to get this achievement. Been trying with Akuma to no avail.

I envy you all get to do online battles (I'm banned ) Anyway, I follow Inky's requirement to unlock Akuma and Gouken with some refinement getting from Gamefaqs. Setting is done on medium, i can't get to Akuma and Gouken on lower setting for some reasons. Akuma, need 2 Perfects and 2 Ultras or more. What I do is get the Perfect in the first 2 matches Gouken, need 3 Perfects and 3 Ultras or more. Also, using Akuma seems to be easier to get him for some reasons.

Lol, I find that I have more problems with Gill than Seth. Gill has that ultimate resurrection, the light super that come out quite fast and has longer and faster range than Seth in most moves. I would prefer to fight Seth anytime than Gill.

Seth is a worse boss? I could name a lot of SNK bosses that couldn't even beat Seth in term of design and toughness. I feel Seth is well-made, not too tough on medium setting, and some relevance in term of design. The only setback is his move sets which is copies of other fighters' moves.

If you don't have an arcade stick. good luck in trying to get the challenge mode completed. I have problems with charge type characters using the X360 pad

The lack of characters seems to be uninteresting. Hopefully, the console version will see additional characters in it ala SFIV.

Finally getting all characters unlocked in SFIV. Getting Gouken was hell as you can only use Akuma to unlock him.

Oh, really? What source are you basing that conclusion on? Virtua Fighter hasn't been more popular than Tekken since the disaster that was Tekken 4. Virtua Fighter 4 and Evolution proved to be more popular than Tekken 4 because players largely hated how hard it was to launch and the uneven stages. The fact that Sega introduced the customization feature in Evolution also gave their game even more replay value too. Tekken 5.0 and the subsequent Tekken games simply crushed Virtua Fighter because it went back to what made it so popular in Tekken 3 and it introduced its own customization features too. Virtua Fighter's extremely demanding learning curve is what limits its popularity even among the Japanese population. This is why even Banpresto's Gundam vs. Gundam is listed as being more popular than VF5R in December. I definitely agreed.

I find the X360 gamepad is quite usable except when you want to do forward or backward dash. Must be due to the reason I am using the Analog stick instead of the D-Pad. Still, it is servicable and easy for me to do 720 and 360 moves
