The black one is much more common, the software is, more-or-less, the same (there is different software for English, Japanese, and Chinese R4s).
The R4 is one of the best cards out there (the only real cons are that it doesn't support Micro SDHC cards and Wii connectivity for the Pokemon games and you need a slot-2 device for GBA games [like all slot-1s]).
I see your location is in South America, I'm sure that you may be able to find a reputable online store somewhere a little closer & cheaper.

Honestly, I wouldn't buy the R4 from Amazon. Looking there, the prices are a bit steep (~45USD is about right). There are two different colors of R4DS (white & black), and two different styles (one with a spring in the MicroSD slot, and one with a slide-in MicroSD slot).
The M3DS Simply is the same thing, but gets the updates a little later (usually within 24 hours).

one night after coming home from a party, i came home and went to bed sometime in the night i thought i heard a noise but just kept on sleeping, when i woke up the next day i found my roomie sleep on the stoop with his key in the door.he still does not remember blacking out at the door.
lol, that happened to my buddy (more or less). He went to a party with me, got drunk there, walked back to his house, got a bottle of vodka, went back to the party, got even drunker, brought a girl home, but couldn't get his key in the door! He ended up dropping the key (under his porch), taking a photo of the door, and sleeping in his car, and remembering barely any of it. He doesn't even remember what the girl looks like or what her name was.

As for the OpenSDK, it's pretty much worthless for any real applications on the xbox -- it is much too buggy.

Toy Racer for Dreamcast, it's terrible
Have you played Flinstones Viva Rock Vegas? Putting that game into your Dreamcast is like intentionally infecting someone with herpes.
And how can you guys be hating on Rev-x? I loved that game in the arcade.
The fun part was always shooting the cat in the alley for bonus points. -

It's definitely automatic. All it really seems to do is completely skip every bit of the drawing routine (parsing the VRAM & rendering) for a frame or so.
SM64 runs ~100% consistently here, but with obvious choppiness.

I donno, I really enjoy Zero Gunner 2. I pretty much wreck that game in the arcade.

Factory work. Producing hoses for a variety of systems. Let me tell you, standing in exactly the same place, not being able to move, hour after hour, listening to nothing but the screeching sound of metal being shaped in a mill sucks tremendous amounts of ass.
