ive read in some other forums that some had burned dreamcast games intact.by using the new burners that uses plextors giga rec(1.2 gb) or hd burn(1.4 gb)(something like that).and i ve read some rumors thats packet cd itself can burn a giga byte on a regular cd-r.but i heard that it has 2 probs even though u burn the games intact with out downsampling they are not self boot(small price to pay if u ask me.)second they burn at 4x with out underun.and maybe a third u have to dump the game using dc coders cable(hours to finish)or speedy bba to pc.but only some drive who were made by the company who invented the giga rec technology can read it.but on the brights side it expands a cheap 80 min 700mb to gd rom like standards 112 min 1.2-1.4 gb.

i used auto dummy to make a isos thats was like 300 megs to make it 700 megs but did something wrong and it was like 730-740 megs so i overburned it it worked the dreamcast read it perfectly but my pc cant read the over burned disk.it can read any disk except that overburned disk.i want to make another copy but i deleted the image file so is there any way it could read the disk again.

this isnt really a emulation question but i was playing christmas nights into dreams on giri giri when i remembered that in some website said the maybe u could play twin seed in either twin seed on link attack or the other mode i forgot.i just wanted to know if could play it on christmas nights into dreams.

i was wondering how do i make stuff like linux on dreamcast that come like normal files self boot do i just burn them on a disk.lets say a emulator requires a bios u get and ur supposed to to make them selfboot how?

i find it easier to convert it to and other image because my nero is corrupted.and i find alcohol to be easier.

master mars would the image happen to be a.nrg(nero image file)if it is i know the fix for it because if tried to burn a nrg it will never stop burning mine went over 600 percent.first u use the virtual cd drive mount the image,and use alcohol to either create a media discriptor file or a clone cd file.then burn that media discriptor file or clone cd file and enjoy.(this is the first time i help some instead of me crying ofr help.)

yes but it has to be activated,by going to options and clicking on it

i downloaded the emulator,and have the bios i just wanted to see how the ss bios screen looked on dc but how do i put it together into a self boot.

i guess the sh4 is really all that.and powered by the nec powervr i cant wait to see nights in dreamcast resolution thats if the emulator advances to play commercial games.

so an emulator for saturn on dc,but doesnt saturn have like 3 cpu i think 2x hitachi sh2 and 1x sh1.

ok,but i ve read some were that hkt-3030 cant read either data/audio tracks or was it data/data.and just out of curiosity does the rare hkt-3021 work like 3020.

iam thinking of buying a second dc but ive heard hkt-3030 doest work with burned games,currently i own one that was made september 1999 so i think its a hkt-3020.

is this emulator for snes suppose to run all chunky in full screen.does not run smooth for most games.i understand if its still bug.does any one know how to clear the dc internal memory(want to delete planetweb network setting)

so far iam getting rid of aol cause i got dsl on mci/uu.net,and juno is no help(cant use it)anyone knows a free isp that would work the dreamcast.thanks in advance.also i wondering what happens when all the intenal memory is full.also i found these 2 great browsers that accept java script flash and all that.one of them is like a custimized ie 6.0.i burned them they work great(these browsers are like up to date hacked planet web/dream passport browsers) until i canceled my aol account.the names of the browsers are XDP dreams,and Psilocybin Dreams.if any one wants to download these 2 great browsers say so ill post a link to them.

i ve been at the dc hubs so far iam look for [DC]legacy of kain soul reaver,and [dc]test drive le mans.the ones i find are corrupted.so i wanna trade for it so far i have space channel 5(self-boot), marvel vs capcom 2(self boot),utopia boot disk v1.1,1.3,1.5,powerstone 2(self boot),bleemcast cracked(self boot),cannon spike(a.k.a gun spike)(self boot),planet web browser v2.6(self boot),virtua cop 2(self boot),tokyo extreme racer(self boot),gamshark cdx(self boot).

i used bleem cast worked good but now that i try to use medievil 2 (it has a kalisto ntsct or pal option patch thing)it resets it self when it says kalisto.but non of my other psx or dc burned or real reset the dreamcast.

i tried the pc dreamcast server guide from a few post back and it doesnt work for me and so far i cant find a broad band adapter anyway i heard u cant share a connection on those.i followed the steps to the letter still doesnt work.so any bosy else has a trick to share the pc connection using the dc 56 k modem.

i never used the browser but do (stupid question) i really need the mouse key board.

well the program i used did miracles for me. it was called dc selfbooter kit.its a exe it installs it self.i think i found it in megagames

it now back in sync so it working ok for now.thats crazy but true.
