Thank you. Do they take long to come back and what is the connection like, in my college the connection runs at 34 Megabits

I downloaded DC++ and am connected to it. But if i connect to "barnitos.net" through the public hubs or type in the address manually, i get this: *** Connecting to barnitos.net... *** Connection refused by target machine Can someone help.
