i dont have that one in fbl either ive got 80 roms in fbl my other 600 are in another emulator the only neo geo rom i had to sort was pulstar

dont have those games in FBL just the capcom fighters im not a big 1vs1 fighter fan prefer the roaming beat em ups instead

before posting my rom wont work/load etc check your rom against the romcentre.dat file youll find it in the tools folder in FBL 1.7 heres how open up your game rom folder lets say its knights of valour now open the romcentre.dat file and scroll till you get to knights of valour now check what files are in your rom against what files romcentre.dat says you need for the game to work inFBL 1.7 if your rom doesnt have these files it wont work simple as either get a new rom that has these files or add them to the rom you have yourself

do don pachi dai-ou-jou has had a rom name change since last version rename your rom ddpdojblk then rebulld your gamelist is it the pgm games that wont load ie knights of valour oriental legend etc ???

Almost definitely a problem with your ROMset. It's working perfectly here. ok not makin a big deal out of this since ddp3 master version works for me and im not really bothered about it but just want to know what i did wrong i got a new ddpblk rom from the fba section of a french site built it up using romcentre.dat to be the parent as i prefer it that way loaded up fbl tried the new rom the game starts but loads to black screen with rom error! in green writing so to be double sure i stripped the rom back to just being a clone again to see if it works that way but same thing as before loads to black screen etc as i said not bothered but i do luv a mystery why do you think this is happening +T+

still havin problems with dodonpachi 3 black label im still gettin the rom error message after the game has loaded but it could just be my rom is wrong no big deal as dodonpachi 3 works fine plus its great to have kov2 working again love that game

ok still having problems with kov2 it gets by pgm load screen but sticks on time and date screen other times it will load fine anyone else having problems with this game im using kov2.zip there are a few clones for this game am going to try them see if that sorts it well have tried every clone and its a no go also tried kov2 plus nine dragon that seems to do the same thing so i admit defeat anyone got any advice??

for some pgm games in this update you will need some new files just thought id start a topic about how to sort this 1) bios.u42 this is a new pgm bios file google fba pgm and youll more than likely find it that way 2) some games need a new igs file for example kov_igs027a.bin well save yourself alot of hastle tryin to find this look in your ddp3 rom folder and youll see ddp3_igs027a.bin make a copy of this then just rename the file to what you want ie oldsplus_igs027a.bin and just put this in your oldsplus rom folder and your good to go

just another update +T+ cant get ddp3 black label to work it loads fine but it says rom error on game startup screen but ddp3 works fine another funny thing happened with kov2 it loaded then locked up on pgm load screen twice then i got the final burn legends encountered a problem message but after rebooting the emu it now works fine maybe you shouldnt have called it fbl 1.666 spooky

luvin this +T+ zombie raid n operation thunderbolt plus dip options for the cave pgm shumps think i got off lightly with the rom changes cos im not running a full set only have to sort 6 of em but need to report a couple of rom issues 1) bonks adventure wont load no on screen message just get bounced out back to main menu 2) super chase criminal termination gives me a final burn legends encountered a problem message press any button to continue then when i press any button get bounced out to main menu

i like the skin ghosts n goblins was always one of my favs whoops ghouls and ghosts was a fav as well

not asking for anything know its against the rules but guwange special version is no where to be found is this a mame rom or something else??

this is a standalone release youll need to fill it up with your own roms and videos theres a gamelist in the tools folder

check your PM then check out the new FBL 1.666 release

just a wee update on the games on the mystwarr.c driver all games on this driver will work on stock 64meg xbox except for the following that need a 128meg trusty xbox to boot gaiapolis monster maulers kyukyoku sentai dadandarn

fair point i newbiely assumed if mame 0.84 core was added it would run as part of FBL not side by side so there would be no benefit for gun games as they would use the mameox controls so that ends my interest in mame 0.84 being added to FBL wont mention it again and since +T+ states he has no interest in adding it i suggest you all do the same dont piss him off by askin for it

fair point i could bullshit and say oh thats what i ment the romset but no i guess i need to read up on FBL before posting and you might get your wish for mame in FBL im sure i mind +T+ sayin he was looking into maybe adding it to FBL at some point if im not mistaken ive stated before i do prefer the gun game crosshares and the control adjustment options in FBL so anything that means i can play more of them ie beast busters or lucky and wild in FBL would be totally cool
