If I remember correctly. The Lower Requirements 100% means that it doesn't take up your character's strength to wear. But yes, it's just for the helm.

Magic is the only one I care for now. I still have some Pokemon and Mortal Kombat (yes there was a TCG of this) cards. I never found the rest exciting enough to play. After Pokemon came the rest just seemed knock-offs off of it.

Indeed, I guessed (cuz from another forum) someone from the UK mentioned that Manhunt was gonna be banned in the UK. So I somewhat put two to two together. Since this person that created this thread was mentioning it, that he/she must be from it. Here's a question. Does an American really care what game is banned in another country or vice versa?
