Try turning that quest on and see if it shows you to go ahead towards Bruma. Then do just that and reach the Blade's temple. Should work, if not then you'll have to do what millions of us have had to do...restart. Anywho. I beat Silent Hill: Homecoming and am now so close to beating Saint's Row 2.
