Maxed out Obfuscate is far better than any level of Stealth. You're invisible and can run around. Though it's harder to stealth kill as opposed to crouching. I know Malkavians and Nosferatus have this ability but I don't know if any other clan has it. Just regular dialogue is what makes the Malks interesting. Plus you get extra dialogue in the game as it is playing as them so you get a little more story with them. Right now I'm in the museum and I'm lost. I love Dementation's Vison of Death. Instant Kill. I don't use Auspex unless I'm having trouble hacking something. Negative, it's a medival side scrolling adventure game. You have to save four princesses and defeat an evil wizard (as well as other themed bosses). Made by the guy behind Alien Hominid. It's a great game. http://www.castlecrashers.com/

The only true purpose to play as a Malkavian is for the dialogue. The first time I played it I use Gangrel and got pretty far with it but I got tired of my crappy computer's performance.

Ask her if she likes rainbows. If she says yes then she's a lesbian spy. She must be killed or else she'll destroy your manhood and any other guy that comes in her way. If she only likes half the rainbow then she's bi and we all know that bisexuals are just greedy people. You can take it or leave it on this one. Up to you. I think scars are cool to a point. If she's got a burnt horseshoe design on her face, STAY AWAY! Any burn scars for that matter are a bad sign. You'll just end up framed for her next arson victims.
