i DLed an sfiii third strike rom from an FTP site. but when i try to run it with mame, it says redump required! i dont even know what a redump is. any idea?

i have a rom for snk vs capcom for neoragex. when i run it, it loads perfectly, but before the battle starts, the fighters talk to each other and thats when the game freezes. can any one help how to solve this prob? by the way , this is my first here
