My average speed only works on P2P's that actually have my same speed and with normal IE downloads, bitorrents only go that fast if I get the number of seeds high . But man, did you go 160 before you had shared computers? Maybe you should try this without being inside of a network.

Did you check the number of seeds the torrent's have? I end up downloading at this speed also, and my download speed has gone up to 400K/B. But then again I was downloading from a fast server. My average speed is 150 KB - 220Kb.

You can always use this time to try and learn new things, for instance , when I was grounded, I asked my parents for a half a hour more on the computer before I was, they said ok, I printed out a tuturial on HTML, and before the week was over, I ended up learning it, but like you said, no books.
