Assuming 2005 is the 10th anniversary game, this shouldn't be a problem to implement, its fairly straightforward. There were two different 2004 hacks, one was from 2003, the other may have been 2002 (not sure about that). And, kof2003 needs different banking from the rest of the series, perhaps the author never added it yet.

This procedure will disable some installs. Start, Run, gpedit.msc Open User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Windows Installer Disable media source for any install - change to Enabled Also read the note there - admins can install more stuff than normal users. You are probably logged on as an admin.

I told AV my program not to scan the folder where torrents go. More to do with the slowdown it causes, rather than files in use, but I can see it would cause that problem too.
