This is for real. Haven't eaten anything solid for a week, causes hours of massive pain in the kidney. Passing urine feels like acid. Just saw the doctor and he says it could be a serious matter. Off to get scanned now. Doctor thinks I might have a kidney infection. Or maybe cancer. That is yet to be found out. Also, constipation doesn't help matters either.
