  1. Updates for the Cocoa build of Qemu >> Visit the Homepage
  2. Thank you Brakken, I have updated the link on the original post.
  3. I think those images should be removed out of the posts. This whole thread is totally weird, I've used nrx quite a few times and it's always just worked. Never been an issue with serial numbers, in fact I didn't know they were even needed.
  4. Yep, I saw your discussion with iq_132 at Romshare so I knew you'd solved your problem.
  5. I think the kof2k4 driver might possibly be here http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10562 The other one I have no idea.
  6. There's no official version, but you could try kawaks 1.48 dev, or one of the loader programs.
  7. That's why I think the arcade should only be available to premium members BUT we've had this discussion before.
  8. More stupid mistakes on my part. Starting compile no.5... edit: subroutine "neo_pcm2_playmore_2002" was missing from the post. I found it in another thread (hopefully a good one). Starting compile no.6... edit: YAY IT COMPILED !! Now to add more games.
  9. Thanks James, I've copied that whole post to a text file. (in case you want to delete it). I guess the kof2002 driver code isn't needed any more unless your code is better. The mslug5 driver has changed again, so let's hope attempt no.4 works better. Mame plus has some interesting things too...hmmm Starting compile...
  10. I decided I was being a bit ambitious, so I removed everything, applied the 101u4 patch, and added back in only bangbedp, pnyaa, mslug5, mslug5a, mslug5nd and compiled again. The errors I got this time were: src/drivers/neogeo.c: In function `mv0_bankswitch_w': src/drivers/neogeo.c:6894: warning: ISO C90 forbids mixed declarations and code src/drivers/neogeo.c: In function `ms5plus_bankswitch_w': src/drivers/neogeo.c:6902: warning: ISO C90 forbids mixed declarations and code src/drivers/neogeo.c: In function `mslug5_vx_decrypt': src/drivers/neogeo.c:6979: error: 'for' loop initial declaration used outside C99 mode Then I got rid of the mslug5 routines and replaced them with your ones. Now I'm compiling again.
  11. hmm, i've got syscheck. I think i'll get their source code
  12. Standard Kawaks IMO no, a loader should work though.
  13. Ah yes, it must be open source, I had overlooked that part. If it was open source it should be ok by mamedev?
  14. He says he has other examples. Let him produce them! The next thing is that PSPGBA has a number of libraries in it, which could also be used by VBA. Similarities of this code is not stealing. Forgotten needs to produce code specific to VBA which has obviously been copied verbatim into PSPGBA.
  15. That message is taken out of context. It actually says "Unsupported VisualBoyAdvance save game version %d" So it uses the same format for save-games as VBA does. Big deal.
  16. How does having a K client break the mame licence? I don't see a problem.
  17. Oh well, I got several screenloads of errors, so I'll continue this tomorrow
  18. I've added these sets: bangbedp, digerman, neopong, mslug5, mslug5a, mslug5nd, matrimbl, pnyaa, samsho5, samsh5bl, svcboot, svcsplus, svcplus, svcplusa, svcchaos, svchaosa, kof2003, kof2003a, kof2003b, kof2k4ex, kf2k4spe, kof2k4se, kof2k3up, kof10th As to what is encrypted or not, I have no idea. I just followed the instructions. Modifications were done to driver.c, drivers\neogeo.c, common.h bangbedp is already in mame, just had to be commented back in and added to driver.c I found 2 mslug5 drivers that were completely different, so one has been renamed to mslug5a until I know which one is the right one. I only discovered your thread after I'd already gotten your stuff from a@h, I figured they are probably the same.
  19. In my archives I discovered I had this rom. I tried to get standard Nebula to run it but it would not start. Then, I got the mame kof96 and replaced 241-p1.bin with the one from kof96evo.zip MAME gave an error about wrong crc and size, but it worked regardless. You can tell the difference because at the kof96 title screen, it says WESKER HACK.
  20. Well the same sort of thing happened to me early in my news-posting career. Basically I was being lazy and I didn't know how things worked and that crediting was important. After talking to GameCop and Keith I was able to grasp the underlying concepts and post news in the accepted way.
