i was gone shopping dammit. anyway gamesurge is working now. 1emulation is finished, done with?

It was all working last week. Now I have problems. gamesurge #1emu - "Cannot send to channel" and I can't see who is online efnet #1emulation - needs some key and won't let me in. This problem has always been there: I'm using mIRC, the right-mouse commands do nothing, whois (or whatever it is) doesn't do anything, no op commands do anything - even when i'm an op. Any ideas?
