I'm not sure of the difference, I think it's a hack. It doesn't get released at every level of mame. I think 0.64 then 0.90, I haven't heard of 0.69

PSPE is a PSP emulator that runs ELF-compiled programs only. RIN v1.0 is an example that works. There is no known official page or change log. It has been noticed that the menu has been upgraded to include icons and program names. Admins, I would think carefully before saying specifically where you obtained a game. There are some malicious sick people out there who contact the authors of the games and allege that sites have stolen the games, and get the sites shut down. Please be careful.
