  1. Now that I've moved a houseful of furniture and effects to storage, I can test my demos collection on the newest version of PSPE. This emulator doesn't have sound working yet. 2. I'd be asking the network administrator at your school to sort that one out.
  3. If you think your virtual windows can handle OpenGL or GDI graphics, compile it and see what happens!
  4. Sarcasm? Never! Recently I was looking through early news posts and found this XXL chap, who suddenly vanished (got banned). There was nothing to explain it here, so google led me to a@h, and the awful horrible truth emerged. I'm not surprised that you have nightmares about it!
  5. Those file names are case-sensitive. I was going to do those tonight but you've saved me the trouble. Thanks! The problem with RIN is there's a new release every few hours and its impossible to keep up. There's a virtual boy emulator released a few days back but I don't expect anyone would be interested.
  6. Link please. http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7238 The number in my post is the thread number.

  9. I'm sure he said he's looking for some patches. (i hope).
  10. Not me... look in the calendar.
  11. Here --> http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php...=12398&hl=blogs I never found out the final decision. Maybe inaction means no.
  12. Yeah good one Magnis! And... oh no, guess who's 22 tomorrow
  13. As far as I know: The EXE still needs to be there. You can only get loaders for 1.45 and 1.46 The current version of Kawaks is 1.54 There is a special hack version called 1.48b/dev, the roms sets are somewhat non-standard. I think some people here would prefer that it was never invented.
  14. Um... I don't know... I was kinda hoping that a PSP owner could explain it...??
  15. Happy 21st Gryph! Get roaring drunk like Elazul did !! edit: I gave you a complimentary Pimp Slap for your birthday
  16. http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?t...storyID=8547994 This has firefox and IE in it. Depending on the website, it will select the best browser, which you can set up. Just talking to someone who has installed it, says the speed is incredible - lightning fast. The bad side is it crashes a lot especially while adjusting your settings.

  18. Demos List and Descriptions -------------------------------- BIRDS : You control a blue bird, use the up-arrow to fly up, gravity pulls you down HE-BTN-PSP : Known as TRIVIA at PSP sites. Press a button and a counter works FAMICON : Supposed to be a NES emulator InfoNES : A NES emulator LCDcheck : Use it to look for bad pixels. Press a key to change colour. LIFE : A blueish changing pattern. No key input. MARIODEMO : A static snapshot of a Mario game PONG : A working Pong game PSPCALC : A calculator. Use the keys to move the blue "mouse" pointer PSP-CHESS : A chessboard where you can move the pieces. No logic implemented yet RIN : A GB/GBC emulator SIMPLETURN : You guide a car around a track SNES9X : A SNES emulator TETRIS : Um, Tetris TYSHOOTER : When I see it working, I'll tell you what it does SINBALL : A test pattern? CALENDAR : shows time and date HELLOPSP : The original test IGO : A japanese game NGP FILE SELECTOR : A rom selector for ngPSP NGPSP : A Neogeo Pocket emulator PUYO : A game What Works on PSPE ----------------------- BIRDS1, HE-BTN-PSP, InfoNES (all versions), LCDcheck, LIFE, MARIODEMO, PONG, PSPCALC 1 and 2, PSP-CHESS, RIN v1.0 only, TETRIS 1 and 2, HELLOPSP, IGO, NGPSP, PUYO What doesn't work --------------------- BIRDS2 : causes PSPE to crash at startup. The log says "Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)" FAMICON : when a rom is selected it produces a Japanese error message and freezes RIN : All versions higher than 1.0 : ROM selector faulty - directory list never changes from ms0. SIMPLETURN : Black screen. SNES9Xv000 : Works... sort of. I need to get more roms to test with. SNES9xV001 : Says rom header found and ignored then freezes. TETRIS 3 : Exits to menu TYFIGHTER : Works... keys don't seem to be correct? SINBALL : Exits to menu CALENDAR : Works except it's an hour slow. NGP ROM SELECTOR : Encounters an error when copying rom Changes from version 6 --------------------------- BIRDS1 : Lots of enemy birds instead of one. Seems to be an improvement. Demos that would close the emu now only cause a return to the menu. Demos that would require the Task Manager to close them can now be closed normally. SNES9Xv000 and TYFIGHTER work better.

  20. They had Episode 2 on free-to-air TV last Saturday, so I saw it for the first time. I thought it was the worst of the lot with all that lovey-dovey stuff. The battle scenes were good though. First time I'd ever seen Yoda move at any more than snails pace.
  21. nexis2600 has released the world's first NeoGeo Pocket emulator for the PSP. As always, your PSP needs bios v1.00 installed. Alternatively, you can run this in PSPE. »» No home page as yet »» Download it Now! [1Emulation Server] Thanks to Wraggster for the information.
