There's lots. Some aren't dumped yet -> http://mamedev.emulab.it/undumped/index.php?title=Main_Page and some are too hard to emulate and some are bootlegs that mame doesn't bother with, some of which are in Misfitmame. And then there are the non-cpu games from the 70's and earlier, which mame architecture doesn't support yet.

I guess you're probably running Firefox, but if you happen to be using IE, go to the internet options and untick the part about Third Party Extensions. Then close IE. You should be careful where you surf, keep to safe sites and you won't have this sort of problem.
