    Raine 0.96.9 : hotfix !

Hi Tux, I made a fix for the "broken tree" after adjusting yscroll for the SCROLL2 layer on fbneo, info is here along with a line from Raine that could be changed to fix it also. Here's the link: https://github.com/finalburnneo/FBNeo/issues/1812#issuecomment-2191660611 best regards, - dink

    Raine 0.64.13

Some f3 games sound OK in Raine, but some are completely wrong like Darius G - especially the intro/attract mode sequence. This is due to the es550x chip playing sounds at different samplerates, but the linear resampler is not right. It's an easy fix. porting will be simple, just a small amount of code needs to be ported from our ES5506Update to your es5506_update. Code & info: http://pastebin.com/4m8JKkNK best regards, - dink / fbalpha, resampling code by iq_132 of fbalpha project.

    Raine 0.64.13

Hi, it's dink from the fbalpha emulator project. we found a way to get perfect sound with f3 games (dariusg etc) with avery simple algo. If interested I can share the code (es5506.cpp)? I think this will be a nice addition to Raine. Of course you can always get the code from www.fbalpha.com after the next release with added f3 support, but the next release might be a couple months away...
  4. I don't have a 360pad, so I can't help with that, but... IMO the PS3 pad is tons better wirelessly. You don't need the crappy MotionInjoy driver, the Scarlet.Crush productions driver is free/opensource and for $14.99 you can get a nice Bluetooth dongle to use your PS3 pad wirelessly with your pc I recommend the Trendnet TBW-107UB, I got it from bestbuy.com (search "trendnet bluetooth" there) w/free shipping. Here's a link to the driver/info/forum: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-XInput-Wrapper-for-DS3-and-Play-com-USB-Dual-DS2-Controller Wiki: http://emulation-general.wikia.com/wiki/XInput_Wrapper_SCP p.s. avoid the cheap bluetooth dongles, you might save $5, but it will cause you more than $5 worth of trouble in the longrun. bye for now & best regards, - dink
  5. Hello from Detroit My name is Tom & I like to play classic arcade games and work on emulators. I'm a contributing dev. for VICE, BlueMSX and FinalBurn Alpha. I found this place by accident, see, the FB Alpha forum (http://neosource.1emu.net/forums/) is down for the past 2 days, so I changed the "neosource" to "www" and.. here I am I was a bigtime arcade-junky around 1987 to the early 90's, so I mostly dig games in the 87-93ish area, but lately I've been getting into more recent stuff, such as the Cave shootemups like Ketsui, Guwange, DoDonpachi and stuff. Thats all I can think of for now, so take it EZ. best regards, - dink
