i see only one 03000000430b00000300000000000000 = 1 there is a way to know the id in this form via a tool or other? that I add this by hand to see what it gives.

Nevertheless I still have the 2 controllers detected as joypad 2 and not 1 and 2, strange. There is an identification problem that there was not on 91.21, maybe because the ones I'm using are on the same ps / pc adapter (and uses only one usb port), IDK? I will test directly in the config file if I succeed in something.

video card, drivers, package vc++, dx9 extra files, etc, etc...?
-
I test the emulators and inform about their compatibility. Personally I use win11 / 10/8/7 / xp as well as macos or linux. If an emu that I use loses its compatibility then I tell the developers about it, if they can do something so much the better otherwise it's life ^^ Afterwards I think that maintaining a compatibility will always be useful for someone, so as long as it is possible all the better (like retroarch)

I will stay for xp but other than the controls (which have changed with scancode. I have to test this) everything was fine. For Win10, the menu display is now correct for your information (with 92 and 92x this was not the case ;-))
-
I will retest^^ in reality for XP it's simple: I used my 91.21 config file that I put in .92 and I noticed the malfunctions mentioned above

yes the controls are problematic. I would see tomorrow. Some fonts are too big too. and otherwise the display is not the same either, the image is smaller, as if we were in letter box or something like that, I could not say. old: https://www.noelshack.com/2021-48-3-1638313295-91-21.jpg new: https://www.noelshack.com/2021-48-3-1638313295-92.jpg old menu: https://www.noelshack.com/2021-48-3-1638313557-91-21-menu.jpg new menu: https://www.noelshack.com/2021-48-3-1638313560-92-menu1.jpg https://www.noelshack.com/2021-48-3-1638313560-92-menu2.jpg

i use multiple pc. 0.92x work on xp but on the other hand, I have trouble dissociating the controls of players 1 and 2, and depending on the game, the 2 controllers are recognized as one, it is very strange. There is something wrong with this level (not had time to test in depth).
-
and just for info. 0.92 32 is not compatible with xp. Even if everyone does not care I wanted to say it ^^

I did a blank installation, without adding anything else. The menu gives me this: https://ibb.co/rwftnG4 impossible to select anything. so ?? ^^
-
And 32 bits not load all neocd game (return to neocd dashboard).

0.91.16 or 17 (bad link) ?
-
that's what i did previously. In addition, each error is blocking, impossible to go further ^^

ok for dll libgcc... but rest: the procedure entry point __gxx_personality_v0 could not be located in the dynamic link library libstdc++-6.dll 🤔
-
Only for info (i've test on all system), 0.91.6 break the compatibility with xp: miss LIBGCC_S_DW2-1.DLL the procedure entry point __gxx_personality_v0 could not be located in the dynamic link library libstdc++-6.dll etc I guess we don't care even if it was one of the interests of 32 bit binaries. I had to signal you ;)

Hi, the 32-bit version is stamped 0.90.1 and not 0.90.2. Another thing: what is the difference between this (new 64 bits) version and 0.90.2 available on 11/20/2019 (crc32: 89d34ad6) , the version number being the same ??? thanks ps: miss unibios v4.0, 3.3,.3.2 and unibioscd 3.3 in the bios list^^
-
hi Robbbert, mame xp also works using gcc 6.3 (see 7), only the 8 seems to exclude it. So I do not know if keeping the 5.3 still has interest? best regards
-
thanks Until March, you can add this.
-
ok, thanks edit: it's ok with gcc 6.3 without pacman -Suy (And faster compilation. incomprehensible oO).
-
latest: https://github.com/mamedev/build/releases + pacman -Suy => gcc 7.1 Maybe a recent update :/ ?
-
