what I hate about window is that if I set it on 800x600 it's go at like between 30-40fps, and the only time its at 60 is when its 640-480, I think I'll use the 480

don't worry about the dat file. The sets for the latest version of kawaks are the same as the sets that are on MAME, just look for the MAME set of those roms

I don't think it can be done through mame. Nebula Jukebox uses nebula dats for musik playing so it can read the vroms(which contain the audio samples and stuff). Its only for the vroms, so I think its possible with kof2003. Find nebula jukebox here. YOu need nebula too

some rom sites actually have cps3 roms, but they're only 42mbs or 70mbs. But they're bad/fake dumps. Besides, I think if they actually were the cps3 rom/iso(seeing as how they use cart and cd's) it'd be a lot bigger than 100mbs at least
