I don't see what the big problem is for some games in nebula to still be locked though. El Semi(the author) says that a game must be at least 1yr old, kof2002, mslug4 and rotd all came out last year

that was the m1 rom that fixes the voices of Geese, Demitri, Violent Ken, etc, etc the link for that m1 rom that you just linked me to seems like the old one I used to use before the voices fixes

I think what they do at arcades for ppl to spend more and more money, is they set all the machines to "hard" difficulty. They do that at my local arcade to all of the neogeo mvs machines, and still, Difficulty level 8 is too easy

well..thanks to james for giving me the link to the p1o rom, I've been able to reconfigure the dat. Basically what the p1o rom does it take the hidden characters(Demitri, Zero, Violent Ken, etc) out of the character select screen. Because of that, I've found no use in calling it "bootleg" anymore. This is the new dats I've made. I've kept the OLD P1 in there which had the hidden characters in there, but all you gotta do is take the old p1 out of there and add the p1o in there and put the old p1 in a folder called "svcb" and the folder w/the p1o rom and the rest of the rom files, just call it "svc". Here's the dat I made for it. *note: the m1 rom and the S1 rom are the patched ones w/the fixes

well for the old fighting games Capcom has to include the usual: Ryu Hoshi Chun li Ken masters (?) Akuma And probably Bison So theres like 4-5 slots taken up by people that are ideal in Capcom However, I want Ryu to learn some more moves. He seems to get weaker and weaker as the games go on its gonna be like Guile all over again...only with Ryu
