    Yeah, you have to recompile drivers because of the version number. For example, when you build a driver against, say, 2.6.30 they'll be installed to somewhere like /lib/linux-2.6.30/derp.ko and so forth.

    Nice. I've found that Ubuntu has a good balance between easiness and power compared to some of the other distros I've used. You might want to learn some CLI commands just in case.

    yeah, it wasn't bad I saw Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles last night. It was boring, but I eventually found myself jumping back if I missed anything. The ending really came out of nowhere.
