I usually listen to a really heavy song I like and just take it to volume 20. I also break out the guitar and just wail away. Having a stiff drink sometimes helps as well. But things rarely get to me. I mean life is short and there is no need to get pissed off at things. When you look at it you see most the time that it is not even worth getting angry about.

Curious Jitway, how often do the assholes confront your sudden behavior shift? And if so, how do you spill it on them?Quite a lot as in my business I deal with people face to face all day. All I do as I stated before is too not pay any attention to them. I simply walk away and even if they try to get my attention as I am walking away I still ignore them. Sometimes they will contact me later and apologize for their behavior but most times I never see them again.

Simple for me I just don't give those that treat me with disrespect any acknowledgement that I even see them. If you want to be an ass then so be it but I will not give you the satisfaction of my time. Treat others as you want to be treated.

About 8 is great for me. Any more and I feel like shit. Have went on as little as 4 for a few days straight. Coffee for me just 1 or 2 cups is all but I drink a lot of Dew so that gets me the caffeine.

Would never buy that latest and greatest vid card. Way too pricey and would be obsolete in 2 months. Wait at least 4 months after one comes out is the way to go.

First you need a newsreader. There are many for free. I use Newsbin Pro and it is not free. Second you need a newsgroup service. Some internet providers give you access to them for free but free ones are very limited and slow. I use NewDemon and it is not free but very nicely priced at $6.95 a month. This allows me to access all the newsgroups out there and get very good download speeds. Next you need to use a NZB index service. Now there are many for free and they work almost as well as the paid ones. I myself use a free one but it is invite only. Search google for NZB sites and also. Feel free to ask me for more help if you need it. I still am confused on newsgroups vs. torrent sites. Is there any "seeding" involved with newsgroups? And, historically, do you know of anyone who has ever got caught downloading pirated material using newsgroups? Or is it too hard to track? There is no seeding once it is uploaded by someone all you do is download it. No no one has been prosecuted for downloading only uploading. And still uploading anymore is hard to track as most are done with jumbled filenames.

Ya NZB indexing sites are getting shut down. There have been many that have closed the doors in the last year but uploaders are getting smarter and naming stuff with jumbled letters. When you run quickpar it fixes them. But newsgroups will never shut down there is no way they could shut that down no matter how hard they try.

There are plenty of torrent sites to takes its place. Also newsgroups are the way to go for this kind of stuff. Much safer than torrents.
