Well, I know about the price but what about this laptop: Asus G72GX Its the best laptop i could find that has good specs and all the other laptops jump 200$ after this one that are better than this one.....

Hey, long time no post.... I was wondering what you guys think about this laptop. It is very good for the price but its recertified..... Recertified: ASUS G71GX-RX05 NoteBook Is it worth it...I was looking for laptops that could run games very well for upto 750$ but im willing to pay 50$ more for this laptop (or any other one that is good). Thank you!

Well, i looked more into it and i think this technique should make it work. I tried making another user account and then going to the admin account a right clicking but i couldnt find "run as", i could only find "run as admin". So after researching some more i found that i could just open the program in the other user using the command prompts. But i cant seem to make it work. I tried going into the command promp and it starts out with c:\Users\Ahmad89> i tried searching but i just dont get these command prompts. i got to c:\Users\Ahmad89>runas.exe/netonly/user: but i dont get what im supposed to put next. Also it asks for the domain name and i dont know what that would be. Help

I posted this link: PC Split Screen , earlier and i have been trying to work it out. This would would allow me to play games that have LAN capability on the same screen. That is opening two instances of the same game and then clicking LAN to play against my brother, since we only have on descent computer in the house. This is however, my reason for wanting to do this.

Im trying to find a program that would allow me to run a game twice. Some games allow me to run them twice, for example quake. But when i try to run PURE for example, it wont let me. All i needed to do for quake is put it in window mode and put it on my second screen and then click the quake icon again and it worked. However when i do it with PURE, it doesnt give me another screen. So i was thinking if thier was a program that would allow me to run two applications of the same game. THANKS

What about my other question, does it need to be PC2-4200 or can i get a PC2-8500. Are the ones i listed good?
-
As for me, this was a very successful year. I got into the pharmacy program, i got a job, got a car, got a lcd and finished off the first semester of the professional program with a 4.00!!! This year was a blessing despite all the other bad things that i heard/happened.

Time for an upgrade. I have 2 GB Ram and i want 2 more. My computers brand is: 1024 MB DDR2-SDRAM (PC2-4200 / PC2-4300 / 533 MHz) ["SMBUS:0:A0SMBUS:0:A0"]* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Memory Size*1.00 GB *Memory Type*DDR2-SDRAM (PC2-4200 / PC2-4300 / 533 MHz) *Memory Manufacturer*Samsung *Memory Manufacture Date*Week 9, Year 2007 *Memory Part Number*M3 78T2953EZ3-CD5 *Memory Serial Number*030C64EB *Memory Revision Code*4533 I have Two of the above. Now the new RAM, can it be higher than the PC2 4200 like for example : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820134586 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16820134046 If thier is a different brand or type that you guys recommend than go ahead, its just that i heard of kingstone before. im willing to spend 30$ total on the RAM. And also for the HDMI (YES, i got a 32" toshiba LCD!), my computer only has DVI, so should i buy a DVI to HDMI Cord or a HDMI to HDMI and a HDMI to DVI adapter to connect to the LCD. It doesnt have DVI input. I currently connect it through my VGA cord and VGA to DVI converter. Or should i even bother with the HDMI. Here are some that i saw: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16812339007 or HDMI to HDMI adapter Again other considerations are welcome. From what i see on newegg, the cords come as cheap as 10$ so im not really aiming for a top of the line cord, just one that can have a big jump from the vga. Not that it is bad, believe me its a jump from my old tv with s-video connection. 30$ a max. If i need an adapter i think 10$ is enough.

Well you know, if you build it, they will come.
