What are your favorite laid back games?

haha yeah, it sucks when they happens with enemies though and you just want to get away and they keep following you so you can't fast travel >_< -
Apparently it is time again for me to get my yearly allergies from hell. I woke up this morning feeling like shit. My nose is all plugged up and runny and I feel flu-ish which always happens (OR IS IT SWINE FLU?!?!). My eyes are starting to get itchy, I'm going to have no energy, blah, I am not looking forward to this.

Yeah GTA for sure. Plumbers lol, that's not even a game. I played it on youtube awhile back. I played Fallout 3/Oblivion for so long. Gotta get that Lincoln Repeater! -
Looks like a cool movie, I'm going to watch it today. I love movies with great soundtracks.

9/11 why did America not use nukes?
Shibathedog replied to emsley's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
Yeah it stumbles around a bit, but the final versions are extremely heavily armored. You can shoot at them and they just get back up and keep firing. They can carry massive weight apparently for the armor/carrying wounded. I don't know if they have tested it on a human body yet but that is what it is meant for. The advanced targeting system can somehow tell between ally and enemy. I think they even have some kind of self detonation thing to avoid being captured. It's pretty advanced. The robots in MGS4 where based off what the final design is supposed to be like. -
This may seem a little redundant

WTF?!?! I didn't even know about this. New Timesplitters? Sign me up! -
Yep, it's sort of like comparing two PCs, one has a faster processor, but one has more RAM. The one with the faster processor is probably going to be faster.

Yeah I was gonna say, That makes no sense lol. Vibrations don't make your hairs come out. Really the only thing you can do to help with that is to stretch your skin. -

Yeah I usually do as well, like with football, everyone plays madden but I'm terrible at madden. It's too involved. NFL Blitz on the other hand... -

Gradius V is easy as hell for me for some reason. The first time I played it I got all the way to level 3 or 4 or something without dying and then beat it. I cannot say the same thing about R-Type Final, I get my ass handed to me constantly in that game. It usually goes downhill once I get to that silver blob boss on like the first level. I was thinking of trying out Hot Shots Fore, it looks pretty cool, but is it really worth checking out if I already have Tiger Woods? It seems like they are basically the same Hot Shots is just less realistic and you swing by tapping a button twice instead of with the stick. I finally found a copy of TW10 online (w00t!) but I can't find any DNAS info. I guess worst case scenario I'll rent it or buy it if it turns out to be any good. -

What about the DOG? They are fucking CRAZY. It is this robot designed to operate like an organic being, it can intelligently overcome obstacles, and it is self sustaining. Meaning it actually eats bodies on the battlefield and turns them into fuel. It can even repair itself. -

Oh look, There are actually TWO vibrating razors! And I can't figure out why you would want a razor to vibrate either. It seems like you would cut yourself, even if you didn't WTF is it for? I was referring to the second one -
That 4850 is by FAR better than the card you have now. If you want to get a 4850 though just get a 4870, You can get one for only 20 bucks more now. If you wanted to spend an extra 40 bucks or so you could even get a 4870 with 1GB. It's up to you though. I had a 4870 with 512MB before I got my 4890 (yes there is a 4890 too) with 1GB and honestly I had no problems running anything with that 512MB card because... Another thing you have to take into consideration that agozer didn't mention is the speed of the VRAM. Your card has GDDR3 while the 48XX series has GDDR5. It is so much faster that having less doesn't matter nearly as much because it is able to fill up/empty/re-fill much faster. Also what resolution do you play games at? You usually only need more VRAM for higher resolutions, If you are playing at 1280X1024/1440X900 or something like that, 512MB is usually more than enough, if you are playing at 1600X1200/1920X1080+ you probably want the 1GB model.

Over at Direct2Drive. Lots of games for 5 bucks each and more will be going on sale each week or so. I was thinking of picking up GRAW 2, is it any good online?

For any system, if your just playing with some friends after a long day of work to wind down or whatever. Me and my friends have been playing a lot of tiger woods games, top spin is surprisingly addicting. Tons of fighting games and Fight Night Round 2 (It's not really a fighting game I guess, and 2 is WAY better than 3 on Xbox and I don't have 360) also Tony Hawk games. Tony Hawk 3 is probably the best one. I want to get them into some Gradius V (laid back when you have free play unlocked lol) but I dunno how that will work out. Kind of lame that R-Type Final has no multiplayer. Then again it might not be a good choice because from what I've played of it so far it is HARD. Although maybe it was because I was trying to play without using the bit at all because I couldn't figure it out lol. Gotta get that Tiger Woods 10 on PS2 though, looks awesome (right now we play 07) and has online mode. We will destroy everyone at golf lol.

I think every time a spambot shows up advertising some business we should post faux reviews of how terrible the site/service is. Somehow we are pretty high up there on google searches so we might at least be on the same page as the real site.

I use a Remington but it got discontinued so you can't buy refills anymore. I guess I am in the market for a new one as well. It's one of those rotary fancy titanium things. Although honestly I liked my old school electric razor I had before that better (the straight bar kind), that one was a Braun. If you use an electric razor the best thing to use is baby powder. It will make the razor glide over your face sooooo easy. Although I usually forget to use it lol. -
easier said than done You can delete the entire blacklist from the registry, but the app dials home on a daily basis. So, unless you're using a firewall to block it from accessing the internet, there's going to be a problem. It's a great app, but I wouldn't pay $73 for it. This is actually the only reason I run my software firewall. I know my hardware firewall is not only good enough but better, but my hardware firewall doesn't let me block pirated stuff and allow legit stuff A lot of programs are easier to steal when they think you don't have an internet connection. Not to mention improved startup times because it doesn't have to connect all over the place.

True, you could probably narrow it down by size though, it sounds like it will be huge.

Yeah that would be nice, but if they didn't learn that from Vietnam they aren't going to learn it from anything. Here we are in Vietnam 2. -
How To Emulate A Commodore 128 In Dosxbox!

I wonder what games and such are like once they are actually running though. -
Well that should be easy. Find one of the blacklisted keys and then search for that instead of the actual registry entry title
