Sony has done it again. This is defiantly the best controller you can get for PS2. Period. The good things are that it fits in your hand EXTREMLEY well, the buttons are all analog except the shoulder buttons (they dont look analog but they are and are supported in almost every), The cord is very long, they look cool, and they are EXTREMLEY durable. Ive seen these go through the swing the controller around into a brick wall test and they came through it with not that much damage until about the 3rd swing. (Seriously, Im not kidding I really saw this!) The only bad things are that they should come in more colors, if your new to PS2 or even PS the whole shape button thing is gonna take some people a while to get used to, and they are expensive- 25 bucks. Im also going to mention the accuracy of these controllers, they are EXTREMLY accurate. I mean, i have worn mine in so much that theres a little dead zone in it (the joystick is slightly loose) Now dont be misguided i play my controllers EXTREMLY HARD, i abuse and use force and play them for HOURS a day, hell im WORSE than the brick wall test, anyway they are so sensitive that if i shake the controller a little they pick up movement, i also tested this controller with my PC and some software ive created, now the basic number of positions for a joystick is 255 or something like that, so your XBOX controller has about 255 positions in the analog sticks, same with PC, etc. now the PS2 controller, its has 500, yes 500, thats what the test said. this is an EXTREMLY accurate joystick. While the price should be lowered, its definitely worth 25 bucks. I give this controller a 10/10 because all the flaws I found in it are flaws that you will defiantly get used to in a while. Even though these are the most expensive controllers, its definitely worth it- They are extremely good.

How To Clean Your Dreamcast
Shibathedog replied to Shibathedog's topic in DreamCast & Saturn Emulators [/pc/dc+saturn]
hey wow thanks i didnt know my guide would be so appreciated!! -
How to clean your Dreamcast -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First off find one of those CD player cleaner dics and run that in the dreamcast...no dont play the first track over and over to clean it or whatever just open the dreamcast lid put the disc in close the lid let the disc get detected and repeat so the bristels hit the lense repeadedly. Then get a Q-Tip....those ear cleaner thingies....and run that over the lense lightly and then roughly...not TOO roughly...your doing it too rough when the lense goes all the way down into the dreamcast now take a paper towel...more than one actually, and some windex (or some other glass cleaner) and put windex on the paper towels and clean every possible nook and cranny of the dreamcast with the paper towel, where the disc goes AND the outside...now take some dry paper towels and dry it off...your Dreamcast should now look shiny new make sure to take out the modem and clean in there too!! although it doesnt usually get dirty in there but it cant hurt it to be clean hehe no for the controllers (yep you can clean the controllers while you wait for the Dreamcast to dry entrely) do the same thing with the windex and paper towels and make sure to get all parts of the joystick and buttons you can movie the joystick in all directtions to reveal more of the ball-shaped part the stick is on now get some tookpicks to clean out the letters in the buttons and the cracks on the side of the controllers where the top and bottom half of the plastic meet and you should be able to get any dirt out of the controller this way. now get some windex and cotton balls and clean the inside of the controller plugs using the cotton ball and clean teh outside too...you will be surprised how much crap comes out of these hehe if you want you can do this on the plugs on teh Dreamcast where you plug these in but these usually stay pretty clean Now for the VMUs/Other controller accesories get more windex and paper towels (god i love windex hehe ) and use that to clean teh screens on the VMUs and all other areas...dry it off with the dry paper towels... for teh contacts i take more Q-Tips and pick some of the cottoney stuff off to make the ends smaller to they will fit and then i spray windex on then and then dry it with another Q-Tip do the same with Rumble Packs/etc. except theres no screen but use your windex and paper towels damnit!!! lol Now for lightguns! go over it with your paper towels and windex again (this sounds like a big windex ad buy now i know but its very useful!!!) and then use the same for teh glass lense at the end!! and then get the toothpicks out again and clean all the nooks and crannys like you did with teh controllers and use the same method you used for the controller plugs to clean the light gun plugs use the same methods to clean all your cables and such too that i mentioned above...those usually dont get too dirty but they can hehe VGA boxes pretty much just go over it with more windex and towels....you should be pretty good at it by now hehe so i wont go into detail now DO NOT play your dreamcast for a couple hours (its really hard to survive without it i know ) and then it should be working good as new

Gamecube emulation video's
Shibathedog replied to Mightyrocket's topic in Wii & GameCube Emulators [/pc/wii+gc]
WHAOH WHAOH HOLD ON!! When i put a GC disc in my drive i can see the files on them...i know this sounds weird because i cant get this to work on any other computer ive tried it on and i dont know how i got it to work but i did (without doing anything i was just curious to see what would happen and i tried it ) i cant open the files but they sure as hell show up...ill make screenshots later...hell when i buy my Digital camera ill make a video of me puttng the disc in the drive and then looking at the screen... Im using one of those drives that can burn every type of DVD (except RAM) and Burn CDs and read them and etc. (im not typing all that +-R +-RW crap hehe) As for those videos... fake...you would need like a 16GHz computer to run that hehe...it could be real but i dought it unless their running it on a Sun_15K or something.... also forum posts dont usually convince me of anything -
i am seriously so desperate here hehei want to burn my saves to a disc...pop the disc in my DC, and transfer to my VMU hehe i THINK i figured out a way...theres a CD with VMU animations/demos on it that I THINK go into your VMU and im gussing if i replace the VMU files already there with mine then it would work? i dunno im not sure i wanna know for sure because i only got 1 CD-R left hehe

i play it 4 hours AT LEAST every day...usually 8 hours plus...ive done much longer but i cant really say i play it 24 hours straight alot because i cant always do that...i wish i coud i also get AT LEAST 2 new games a week...usually more tho...homebrew/pirate/official...all of em... I own over 400 games already and over 50 accesories for my Dreamcast im attempting to make my own dreamcast games (FPS and RPG right now) and when there done ill make sure to post download links here if i can get em posted... I own more than one Dreamcast.....4 of them...and i wont modify them or paint them or anything because i feel like its dessecrating a holy item... i have emailed Sega numorus times about how it sucks that the Dreamcast is dead i have all the commercials/print ads/radio ads on my computer and have them all memorized by heart i imitate the Dreamcast bootup noise to annoy my friends I hunted down a Dev Station and a crapload of blank GD-Roms (most arent official sega ones tho) and bought it i HATE arguing but if i have to defend my Dreamcast hell ill do it... call me an obsessor.....because i am....i should shutup now because i could go on forever...but i think im one of the biggest fans of the Dreamcast and Sega....now about the Sega Saturn....

well the vibration only works on the programs that support it it works flawlessly in PJ64 and other random PC games for me
