Oh man and another thing I thought I would add is at my new house. This is probably easily explained - Its probably animals hunting each other or something. Its still creepy as hell though. So my house is next to this huge patch of woods. If you leave the window open or go outside REALLY late at night, like at LEAST 3AM you will hear the most flocked up noises coming out of those woods. It sounds like...Something...definitely not human screaming at the top of its lungs while its throat is being ripped out and then you hear gargling and crap. You'll hear like weird chanting/humming and sounds of things dying in what seems like gruesome ways all night. I should set up a tape recorder or something because its pretty loud which makes it creepy as flock. There are wild turkeys back there and wolves and stuff, and one time i saw blood and feathers everywhere so its probably just turkeys getting killed - i hope anyway. I wish there was a way to explain these noises that would do it justice, all my friends who i've told about this are like pfft your retarded and then when they hear it themselves I can SEE the chills it will send down your spine. They all admit its weird as hell.

Okay ill post this up just because I've only told 1 other person in my life about it before, and its a pretty cool story. I swear I'm not making any of this up. Its possible that I was being a stupid little kid or something, its possible that maybe I dreamed the whole thing, or maybe it did happen, I'm not really sure. So one night, I was like 5 years old maybe, I don't remember I was young at the time though. I was sleeping in my room and woke up, and couldn't sleep, and decided to do what little kids do and sleep in my parents room. So I get in the bed and try to fall asleep, Just as I'm about to fall asleep I get this weird feeling like I'm suddenly not tired at all anymore. I open my eyes to see the freakiest crap I have ever seen. Coming from the open doorway to the room, and walking towards the bed is this figure. It was walking really slowly, had a human shape. It was white-ish/clear-ish. but the flocked up thing was it looked like a person who had their head chopped off by two swords at once or something coming upwards. So basically the neck was like this pointed off triangle thing. It was really fuzzy looking so I couldn't tell if it had clothes on or what - I didn't look at it for too long. I shoved my face in the pillow and hoped I wasn't going to die for like 2 minutes, looked behind me again and it wasn't there. It gets weirder too, So like a couple days later I'm sleeping in my room - Which had this huge window, and was on the second floor, there was seriously NO WAY to get up to that window aside from going outside with a a ladder or something. I awake to the sound of scraping noises at the window so I turn around to look at it and on the very corner of the window I see these baby sized hands scraping at the window. I mean they looked like actual baby hands from a human baby. I watched this go on for like a minute trying to figure out if it was somehow a tree branch or something, but no it wasn't. Anyway nothing like that ever happened again in that house. I think I remember taking a few pictures in the basement with those orb things showing up but that was it. Makes me want to look at pictures from there to check now. Oh we where also the first owners of the house, brand new subdivision and everything, I never heard any weird history about the area, the place used to be a big farm. In my backyard there was this tree with steps/pieces of an ancient tree house still stuck to it though. Someones dad or something told me once that they remembered the place and used to play in the tree house when they where little.

To be honest I hated GTA3. Possibly because I ended up playing it so much maybe I got sick of it. It just isn't as fluid feeling as the other ones to me so its really aggravating to play. That and annoying things like not being able to shoot through car windows and stuff that they added in the later ones. I think I liked the storyline of GTA: Vice City the best. But San Andreas had some killer gameplay. It was fun to explore all that stuff. I actually got the guide after I beat it just to see if I missed anything cool. (and I have never bought a guide, still haven't - it was a gift )

I'd like to see the video! It sounds to me like a possible explanation would be someone running around with some light emitting thing around that time since it was so close together. But its hard to tell without actually seeing it.

Just finished it, it was pretty fun definitely noticed similar art styles/sound effects. Its hard to get used to not having grenades and being able to climb on stuff though.

Yes this is true, They are doing it at best buy/circuit city I think too. Definitely best buy though. The 5 free movies deal is also still good - and the player comes with 2. This is a Black Friday sale. At least according to what I read, they seemed pretty sure about themselves but now I can't seem to find the article.

I wish I knew of more good ones or I would play them more. I usually only play the ones that are really popular or on Saturn/Dreamcast. Not sure if this counts but I wish there where more games like Metal Slug.

oh my god I went on a blind date once....flocking never again She was ugly and fat as flock, I managed to keep my sanity and just sit there and try not to lose it (luckily we where at the movies, I figured it would save me from talking to her) and then I got yelled at for not making a move on her. No way in HELL was I making a move on that crap. I pretty much ignored her and tried to look like I wasn't there with her the whole time. No offense to fat chicks, but she was weird as hell too. We seriously talked like 2 times on the phone before the date for like 10 minutes TOPS - she seemed normal at the time, but after the "date" she became obsessed with me and wouldn't go die somewhere like I had hoped. She actually started telling me she loved me and all this crap when i had seen her in person for a total of like an hour and a half. I can never watch school of rock ever again without feeling the need to vomit.

Penn flocking Station. Worked there for a year and a few months before I couldn't take it any longer. It used to be an awesome job with awesome people and I looked forward to going to work. We had this asshole manager though that constantly reminded everyone of how stupid, useless, and replaceable we all where though. I can't even begin to explain the stories, I'm sure she broke a bunch of laws of not only the company but of the state when running a business, like when she would get pissed at us and hold paychecks. Anyway what basically happened was everyone cool got fed up with the crap, and she hired equally flocked up people as her (almost) in their places. So it was all ridiculous bullshit all the time. People working there for a month trying to tell me how to do my job and getting stupid promotions. It was sickening the way they would hang out outside of work and just the way they would act all the time, I don't understand what causes a person to act the way they did, so stuck up and full of themselves. Working 1 step above mcdonalds. How it ended? I had to call a day off to watch my brother (which I would normally never do, but DAMN ME for being nice to people and trying to help my parents out) I call in to work, Heres exactly how the conversation went. "Hey I need to call saturday off because my parents are going to be out of town longer than expected, so i have to watch my brother, I had to watch him yesterday too but I didn't work, and they where supposed to be back tomorrow so I did not see this coming, sorry about that." "Yeah right" "What do you mean?" "I just don't believe you" "What do you mean you don't believe me, You know I don't call off for no reason I have called off twice the entire time i've worked there" "Whatever have fun getting flocked up" Hangs up on me, Then all day saturday the managers who thought they where cool with me where texting my phone asking me what I was doing, To which I responded, sitting at my parents house being bored as hell, but they didn't give up and kept texting me and asking, I eventually get pissed and say "Why, Do they have you doing some interrogation work or something?" They played dumb and stopped texting me. Next weekend I walk into work, my boss immediately greets me with "You called off last weekend so I'm going to be a biatch to you all night because of it" Not a good day to flock around like that, I was having a bad weekend with my phone breaking and a bunch of other crap. She kept acting ridiculous and screaming in my face for no reason about crap (which was actually preventing me from doing my job) I eventually couldn't stand it anymore, months and months of this crap, I just plain asked her. "Okay what are you trying to do here, sorry I called off, I had to, Are you TRYING to get me to quit? I really don't understand, I'll quit if you want me to" She got all pissed and started yelling and I just said flock this, flock you, I'm out. and left, Which was hysterical because my friend who worked there thought I would be there forever because I used to love it so much turns around and goes "hoooollllyyy sh1t" while this was all going on. They got what they deserved though, because all those assholes they where busy hiring sucked HORRIBLY at their job, there where basically 4 really good people left including me, all but one of them quit the same time I did. I didn't even bother to get my paycheck for like 2 weeks, When i went in they started making faces and snickering and crap, they wouldn't even talk to me, She even made me wait for her to make a phone call to g et my check, which was completely unrelated to work, It would have been worse if my friend wasn't there i'm sure. Anyway, I have a ton of money right now and haven't had a job in months, which is working out awesome. Especially since I can concentrate more on college now. Definitely going to need to get a job probably next week though just to be safe.

omg don't even get me started, There are so many asshole drivers around here its ridiculous. Reason why? You go to get your temporary license, you pass a written test, and go to a class where all you do is watch movies (I didn't even study for this test, all it was where pictures of signs and you had to choose A, B, C, or D on what they meant). Then you keep your temporary license for a few months (The only difference between the temps and the real one is its easier to get it taken away) and then you do a drivers test, where you pull into a neighborhood, stop at a stop sign, do a parallel park, turn around using a side street, and leave. Thats it, Then you get your license. They need to make it way harder or something, Do not ever drive in Kentucky ever. You can't even smoke and drive because you have to be so ridiculously alert all the time, people riding your ass and cutting you off/cutting lanes, braking randomly for NO REASON and not using turn signals AT ALL. I've been reduced to driving in a state of paranoia after being the type of person that always went 5 over all the time (WHILE FOLLOWING ALL THE LAWS HOWEVER) I make sure to stay a car length behind everyone for every 10 mph. Which is something they used to teach you in driving school in New Jersey - Where they don't flock around. (although driving there is a nightmare too, but you WILL get in trouble for it)

When is the PC update coming out that enables multi-threading? I'm dying for that to see how much of a performance boost I get. (especially with my quad core on the way)

ugh, I don't think its really a big deal "your first time" and all. Don't worry about it. To me thats like marveling over your high school years/graduation all your life...stupid...I didn't even go to my high school graduation because I knew it would be a waste of time. Had them mail me my diploma. (Its not like they where even handing out real ones at the ceremony)

Is the hard drive formatted? I bet thats what the problem is. Or check the drivers for the IDE card, maybe theres some app that comes with it your supposed to do something in.
