I mean there ARE good cops here, no doubt about it, but way too many of them have this like macho cop attitude that is seriously the most annoying thing ever, like when they come into the store and start talking to each other just listening to them drives me crazy. They have likes like "I gotta do this because thats what the book says this is whats right blah blah" but its so corny and like not...i dont even know how to describe it its just so stupid. And it later leads them to act like this.

Oh im not going to be buying it, I just want it to come out so the price of the X1950XTX will go down. DX10 is too new to buy into yet, everything out now is going to be come such crap so quickly. I remember when the GeForce 6 came out not THAT long ago and it was the greatest thing ever, look at it now. It probably had the shortest high end life out of any card.

yep, every day i hear on the news about some cop killing someone and then getting away with it recently there was a story where there was a man who did nothing violent and a cop took out an M16 (why a cop needs an M16 is beyond me) and not only emptied an entire clip into an unarmed man, but then reloaded and emptied a second clip into him, completely got away with it, its such bullshit

yeah, this does happen in america alot :/ alot of the good you hear about this place is lies, i cant wait to leave. Even if he did do something really bad before the camera was switched on, whatever he was doing he stopped, so theres still no excuse

are you being sarcastic or something? None of my consoles have had this happen to them, i dont really get it, it didnt happen to any of my computers or anything. I think its more to do with people who smoke in their house (although i do smoke my hookah inside, but that hasnt been for very long)

Especially since this has happened in my school before, a kid was tazed for not giving up his cell phone (they wanted to confiscate it for some reason and he was like no flock you im not giving it to you so they tazed him, what the hell? Yeah but i dont think im going to buy it just because i rarely ever have the PC off anyway, so i would barely use it.

yeah they are just too paranoid for their own good and most of the time dont even work, a hardware firewall is much more secure anyway

im surprised it wasnt the PS3 that someone died over though haha when i was at work outside taking a smoke break i saw some mom walking out of the gamestop next door with her kid who was carrying a PS3, and i couldnt help but mutter under my breath "damn she must really love that kid" it just blows my mind how expensive that thing is

IMO software firewalls are a waste of time and a nuisance, just make sure you have a hardware firewall up and dont worry about it

try to reformat it first, and it might still be usable Theres also some recovery utilities you down burn to a disc and boot from Although if this happened in the first place the HDD is probably kind of on its last leg anyway and will probably die sometime soon, so its best to just buy a new one IMO (Unless her computer was filled with viruses and stuff that did the currupting)
