It wont happen, My friend works at EB Games (and i used to) and after steam came out (i did this a long time ago, like right when steam came out before they did this) they destroyed all used copies because they knew this would happen. The E-Bay thing is still crappy though. (no one plays Diablo 2 anymore anyway)

since when did GBA emulation get so goddamn complicated? (Im not yelling at you or insulting you, I just haven't been into it in a long time and it seems like it takes a lot more effort to do now, probably as a result of anti-emulation measures.)

but if im using DVD-Rs (instead of +Rs) the booktype is always DVD-ROM right? and by cant read you mean it thinks its like an invalid disc or something right? Doing this wouldnt fix skipping or frequent read errors right? (One of my DVD players refuses to do anything with DVD+Rs but i just left the booktype on whatever the default was, like i put a movie in and it skips all over the place, and my PS2 hates Taiyo Yudens and plays Memorex, which the ones i have now are actually RITEKT1s i think, which suck i guess, even though Ritek is supposed to be 2nd best)

I have awesome reaction times (i play twitch shooters all the time and pwn at them) and i get good grades in school so it hasnt really effected me because i dont sit around and get high every day. I do smoke cigs though but im quitting, ive only smoked cigs for like 2 years and im down to like 1 every other day if that.

well its mostly anything internet related Its probably just because i turn all those stupid visual effects off and i hate waiting for those animations and crap when i click things so it seems slower

So while im waiting for my new HDD to come in the mail, i did a final last reformat to squeeze just a little bit more use out of this busted old HDD and installed XP SP2. Usually when i install Windows i have this big list of apps and tweaks that are must do/haves. But since in a couple days ill be disposing of this piece of crap i decided not to bother because ill just have to do it all again anyway soon. I never really noticed how terrible XP is like this :/ Internet browsing and system usage/stability is awful. It's really sluggish and anything P2P gets piss poor performance, its REALLY slow.

Its probably best to set every type of disc possible to DVD-ROM right? As much as im into optical media ive never had the time to read up too much on exactly the point of Booktypes. It just identifies what type of disc right? So whats the big deal with setting it, shouldn't it not matter? Unless some security on the disc will only let things run off a DVD-ROM?

vaporizing THC oil is probably the healthiest way then, since your not actually burning paper and leaves and crap but inhaling vapors. Probably the most effective too. I think we just turned getting high into a science.

a good rule of thumb is to burn discs at half their rated speed too. Burning at the lowest speed is overkill and i heard burning at half speed produces better results anyway. find yourself a nice NEC DVD burner and you should have no problems. Its probably the most reliable peice of computer hardware ive ever bought. (I even ended up with fault RAM once before, right out of the box, which i heard is pretty rare)

yeah same, that and my hookah. I was going to buy another hookah so i could have like a modern one and a more traditional one. But my friggen HDD failed and i had to spend all my money on that.

yeah i cant figure it out, AGP costing more than PCI-E, you would think the older tech would be cheaper. I guess its just more difficult to manufacture/keep on shelves the old tech than the new tech .....tech

yeah but it costs way more. On the mobo i have now it has PCIE and AGP, But im gonna go with PCIE because its cheaper, and when i upgrade to a better mobo it will probably not have both.

pretty much to get a new gf, and i think im pretty close, i already have a job, oh and to get more into playing the damn videogames and stop obsessing over how they work, i dont want to turn into the boring IT guy. just buy a used one, ive seen people ask to see the drive before all the time (sometimes they just display it with the drive open) and they where fine with it. I mean it comes with a guarantee anyway, plus its cheaper, theres not much to lose.

http://www.legaltorrents.com/ would be the obvious, http://datagalaxy.tk/ is another one. The protocol isnt illegal, its the content (depending on what it is, where you live, and how insane the laws are) so i'm not going to lose any sleep over posting that

personally i cant wait till these cards come out so i can get an X1950XTX for way cheaper the ATi 9800 series imo is one of the best series of video cards ever made, Its rare that a card could still remain a good contender for so long. In fact i cant think of any other examples (When the GeForce 4 series came out, that was kinda close, but not really)
