there are two versions of Crysis? Will they both come in the same box? Well my plan now is to wait for ATi's DX10 cards (which come out at the end of January ive heard) and then buy an ATi Radeon X1950XT or X1950XTX, because they will probably be cheaper by then. Its probably too early to get a DX10 card as the ones out now will become poopy pretty fast. it would be awesome if the X1950XTX dropped down to 250-300ish, but thats probably wishful thinking

here in the Cincinnati area its actually been real warm, no snow at all (yay, i hate snow) but alot of servers are down so it effected me that way >_<

Is DX10 still going to be Vista Only? I mean i know someone will probably get it to work on XP, but can anyone estimate how long that will take? I dont really want to bother with DX10 video cards yet if i have to upgrade to Vista, because i dont want to upgrade to Vista anytime soon. Plus this would give me a good excuse to save some money and get a DX9 Card.

for me they are running out of places to put nails in the PS3 coffin, I used to want a PS3 above all other consoles, now i want it the least :/ ill probably get it anyway after a price drop though

And no im not sure if its homebrew capable, im just assuming so, and even if it isnt, i wont be too disappointed because someone will figure it out eventually.

well i have gears of war and its a really good game, it just takes some time to get used to the controls. lots of run and cover

Well someone is offering to sell me a PSP (in almost perfect condition, he didnt really use it, but somewhat old, possibly downgradable) with a 1GB Memory stick and a few random games (I dont remember which ones) and besides emulation, can anyone recommend me some good PSP games? I dont really know of any besides a few, the ones i was thinking of getting where loco roco and that new MGS game. BTW im getting it all for 150

its not as huge as the pics make it look, i dont really care it was cheap internet on cell phones is worthless, i have no clue why anyone is stupid enough to buy into that, either your restricted to stupid ass "cell phone only" websites, or its slow and unresponsive and doesnt support half of anything on the internet, or most of the time, both. Even on a PDA with WiFi its annoying as hell to browse the net. What they SHOULD be doing is concentrating on WiMAX, covering everywhere with wireless internet, Ditching all these stupid cell phone protocols, and releasing mobile phones that use VoIP. It would be incredibly easier and cheaper. Thats how the internet should be used on phones.

i was just wondering because i couldnt remember if it was linux that usually uses those or windows, or PHP, or HTML or a combination of things i wish there was one language/command type language that did everything it would be way easier lol, even though thats pretty much impossible

well i barely get service in my neighborhood its enough to receive text messages sometimes (i havent tried making a call yet, it would probably work barely and then drop i think thats what happens when my friends try) so if i go like just a little bit outside my neighborhood (im not that far from the entrance) it works okay

yay, its been almost 2 years since i last had a cell phone, unfortunately anyone who brings a cell phone to my house, no matter what network, provider, phone, etc (including mine) cant get service at my house (or general area) for some reason. Is there any way to boost my reception? Ive heard of those sticker things but i dont really believe that works :/ unless someone here has one and knows it does. BTW i got Cricket Wireless, the cheapass Kyocera KX9E phone (it makes phone calls and sends text messages...thats all i need lol) and for 45 dollars a month i get all the features, unlimited minutes/text/voicemail/everything except data and roaming i think. Which i thought was a pretty good deal, that and theres no cancellation fee when too many people find out my number and annoy the piss out of me.

eh i figured if im going to spend this much i might as well spend another 50 bucks or whatever and get an 8800GTS and overclock it, i guess i just have to save a shitload of money :/

lmao well i dunno the more i heard about it the more i lose interest in it, to be honest im to the point where the only reason i want one is for MGS4 (Yeah, it probably will be worth the console purchase lol) but i keep hearing its prolly coming to 360 too, in which case ill just wait for that version. i still want a Wii though, even though the only game i really want for that so far is Zelda and probably Red Steel (but i hear its not actually that good?)

lol so i pirated the lawn mower game, it was the most half-asses excuse for a game ever, its REALLY bad, i lasted 10 minutes before deleting all remnants of it. the funny thing is, theres like a SHITLOAD of stuff to unlock, i dont know who would want to play that game that long to unlock all of it the funny part was the interviews with the racers and stuff lol

i remember there was some app you could use to manually extract all the files in installers, maybe i could do that to play the game? with some luck it wont check for registry entries or anything. Anyone know what app that was?

yeah i did try pirating it, same thing and it has trouble with random compressed package files

This is really starting to aggravate me, Every damn time i try to install a game that uses installshield, there is always some random file on the disc that it cant read the games I've tried are Scarface and Need For Speed: Carbon. It used to do this with UT2k4 too but it works now. I just did a complete clean install of windows. This makes no sense. I even tried ripping it as an image and mounting it in a virtual drive, and still same thing, cannot read some random stupid file. flock installshield

the king games are actually really good for 4 dollar games, i have the sneak king on and the pocketbike racer one. The go-kart game looks better than the pocketbike game but i havent played it yet so i dunno

i thought having 4 HDDs was ridiculous O_o are those all partitions for things or something?
