  1. First of all, projectors are expensive as hell, I already looked into that. The purpose of the card was to play classic console games in a classic fasion. I can play classic games just fine on this tiny monitor, or just as fine on another larger monitor, but it just isn't the same as playing them on a TV. If I was using a real console the resolution would be fine, so there must be a way to get a high quality picture with emulators. I already have a HDTV, as well as several that aren't HD. So that isn't a purchase I have to consider. And I don't think I'm actually going to be using that high a resolution, most of what I'm going to be using it for is emulation, which by default is about 800x600.
  2. I like Football, but I never watch it. I think I'm gonna go play in the fresh snow that just fell.
  3. The HD cards would have pretty good resolution wouldn't they?
  4. I need to upgrade my monitor. This monitor is small, and it makes Sonic feel weird. So I was thinking about upgrading to my TV. I've seen people output their video to their TV before, so how can I do it? EDIT: While I'm here, where can I get a device that would allow me to use other controllers (say an authentic SNES of GENESIS controller) with my tower? EDIT: More extensive Newegg searches have revealed video cards with TV output. So rather than knowing what they are, I need to know more about how to judge their quality.
  5. Woah, last I knew that was against business practice. I remember that Gamestop was very particular about not selling games before the release date. Halo 2 was in nearly two weeks before the release date, and we still didn't sell them.
  6. Hell no, too flocking expensive. I heard it was selling for 400$ once, and from that point on I was just like, "No."
  7. What the crap? What a bunch of flocktards. Bunch of money hungry bastards. It'll never work though, surely no one is stupid enough to implement such a system.
  8. I need a few cybernetic implants myself. Like one that lets me alter my molecular composition at will. Do those exist yet?
  9. 18/18 I called them all asian and moved on.
  10. I'm pretty sure Stubs the Zombie (Rebel Without a Pulse) was a different game. I still have an article on that somewhere, I'll check it out.
  11. Were any of these other than Mother 2 released in English?
  12. I can't believe where I found this! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Possession_%28video_game%29 Looks awesome to me. Anyone else heard of this? Here to tell me that it's old news?
  13. No dude, everything is controlled by the Dungeon Master. The Dungeon Master creates a campaign, and all players who wish to participate in it create their characters in the presence of the DM. All aspects of the game are controlled by the DM, and the game only progresses when the group is together. Your character is lost at the end of the campaign, unless the DM chooses to use it.
  14. Wow, I'm gonna have to go play some intense DnD. I'm think I'm gonna roll a Sorcerer.
  15. I played WoW. We all saved up our costume wands and did a bunch of PvP raids.
  16. It's not that great, but I can see how it might be a good way to pass the time.
  17. I finished Galdauth's campaign. But I cheated. The game can just be rediculously hard sometimes.
  18. My car is rigged to blow up if I go below 30kmh...oh wait, wrong speed. No seriously though, how fast is a cable connection supposed to be? Because I'm not getting that.
  19. They already made a new capital city for the Blood Elves, and they added lore to tons of new races in WCIII. To my knowledge the Night Elves didn't even remotely exist until then, but look at how huge they are.
  20. Looks sweet. Makes sense. It IS Soul Caliber.
  21. Well, yeah, they didn't say the Blood Elves were a new race. The alliance race is a "new, yet to be revealed" race. There is almost no chance of it being the Dranei or Panderans.
  22. Oops. I forgot, it's a PC game. It should be easy for me to get it. Good, that makes me happy. I wait in anticipation of its mechanics and flavor. And I think I missed it somewhere, but what was the reckoning? Do these games share a plot? It seems like the reckoning was some sort of crusade against...everything.
