The kawaks dev rom sets are not 100% correct. I would not bother collecting roms for that emulator.

Kof2003 will never work with a loader You will need a hacked P rom for it to work then it wont be kof2003 at all. Ny rom you have found on the site for clone Mame will not work in kawaks with the loader since the sets i use are encrypted and have protection which drivers are needed Thats why there for my build because there driver are there for them Mame and FBA can emulate the roms I have for clone Mame but kawaks with loader will never emulate them Untill kawaks offically supports them.

Romcenter is not for playing games Only to test the set Romcenter can create the dat you need for the emulator you use.

Thats because his mlsug4 set is decrypted while the kawaks 1.53 is encrypted. Offically kawaks and nebula use encrpted sets only the laoders tend to use the decrypted sets. I mosty use Encrypted sets in my build of Mame since there are meant to be the correct dump unlike the decrypted sets which are not True emulation is also emulateing the protection and hardware as well as running the game These days there are 200 gig+ hard drive so size is no longer an issue for most. True emulation and true rom dunps get my vote. Last Exile Send me a PM I can help you find the sets you are looking for

Not to offend But you should stay with NRX and it decrypted sets (Not Correct Sets) The kawaks 1.45 ( Loader ) works for some of the neogeo games simply because it uses decrypted sets like NRX Where Kawaks 1.53 and Mame use encrypted sets which are bigger in file size. Since you only care about playing the game then I suggest you stay with NRX . Any neogeo game made after 1998 were encrypted That is why NRX died and is no longer offically supported Because it only emulates decrypted sets

I am not going to use it for now.. Its slow on the download and they stop and what Makes things worse there are viruses as well The normal bittorrent works much better in fact so does kazaa. So I will wait untill its out of beta stage.
