How can i change the skin on this forum i dont see the option anywhere.

 

..and second how do i get a sig picture working.. my post's arent looking that pretty

EDIT/also i need to get rid of that title [| Newbie Poster |] can i change that to "Elite Irc"

Use the skin selector at the bottom-left corner of the board.

 

As for the title, I think you can only change it after you become a Premium Member.
