Universal media player ?

so yeah, im not much of a computer buff so i wouldnt really know anyhtin bout programs. i use windows media 10 and i was jus wondering if there was such thing as a program (media player) that would play all kinds of files. not jus avi mpg wmv, i mean all of it...quick, real media...and so on?

Also give vlc media player a try. Great piece of software. It will even play dvds without even needing seperate dvd decoding software.
