Dvd-rom aint reading

well i got this dvd that i want to burn. im using dvd-skrink 3.2 to do this. but when i try to read from my drive "E" but this comes up:

 

dvd shrink encountered an error and connaot continue.

 

Failed to read file "E:\"

 

Incorrect function.

 

this dvd problem isny just on dvd-shrink.

 

Nero cant read it, dvd dycrypter gets an I/O error.

 

but the funny thing is, i can play the dvd, i can burn dvds. jus yesterday i was burnin ps2 games with no problem. so anyone has any idea what is goin on with my dvd drive? thanks....

young and dangerous prequel, asian triad movie i got from blockbuster so the region is okay...i put in spider-man and it worked. and another asian triad movie that i got from blockbuster and that worked...maybe its jus the dvd perhaps? i also get the same I/O error when i was trying to transfer files of a burned DVD...whats this I/O error:?

yeah, but nothin serious..i can still watch the movie on the same drive...

I heard sometimes it could be cause of a scratch

Try Ripping The DVD To An Image, Or Try To Cantact THe Manufacterer.
