Amaze Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 I can't use nesticle anymore coz my soundcard doesn't have dos-support. the cool thing about nesticle is that you could save the music, or parts of it. I need something like that....
Agozer Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 (edited) Most (if not all) NES emulators nowadays support NFS sound dumping. Try FCEUltra, RockNES, VirtuaNES. Oh and get a Winamp plugin for those NFS files too. Check http://www.zophar.net for NFS sets, emulators and plugins. Edited November 7, 2004 by Agozer
Amaze Posted November 8, 2004 Author Posted November 8, 2004 yea, but can they separate sounds like nesticle could? you know, where you could select different channels...
Agozer Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 yea, but can they separate sounds like nesticle could? you know, where you could select different channels...Ahh...I see. I think most emulators can separate the different sound channels, but I don't think that yuo can dump just single channels. With the NFS plugin you can possibly select what channels on the file it play and the record those to WAV, but other than that I can't say.
Amaze Posted November 8, 2004 Author Posted November 8, 2004 damn, nesticle was ahead of it's time then... so what's this nfs-plugin?
Agozer Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 The WinAmp NFS plugin let's Winamp play the NFS music dumps.
Amaze Posted November 10, 2004 Author Posted November 10, 2004 The WinAmp NFS plugin let's Winamp play the NFS music dumps.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> ok, but all the emulators I tried only makes wav-files it seems...
olaf Posted December 14, 2004 Posted December 14, 2004 In olafnes you can separate sound channels, but you can't dump sound yet (it's in the works). So, I guess you could keep an eye on my project?
Amaze Posted January 21, 2005 Author Posted January 21, 2005 ok, I will. it works with nesticle95, but it doesn't playback the sound correctly
