You can read this blog post by a spouse of an EA employee and get some insight into that. It basically says that game developers are being forced to work inhuman amounts of hours which has lasting effects on them physicially, mentally, and emotionally. It's an interesting but long read. And here is another blog post but this time it's by an EA employee who was just laid off after the game he was working on was finished. So this is pretty bad. No wonder theyve been pumping out so many crappy games recently. Stupid bastards. Ill still buy that new Goldeneye game im so hyped about for some reason.
