controller help

is there anyway to use one of my pc game controllers as a like mouse thing (be able to move the arrow using my analog stick)

 

the reason i want to know is because both games i have require you to: Aim up down left right with the mouse. i want to just use my controller to play

seems like alot of work but i already have profiler software.

 

i guess i have to play with it a little
