anyways it seems people have strong opinions about this game. I still haven't played it, so I am not passing judgment yet. I WILL buy it either way, just to help send the message to Capcom and SNK that 2d is not dead. every 2d game that comes out on my system of choice gets purchased just for that reason. did I really need SVC: Chaos? no, I have an arcade perfect rom running on my xbox now. but I still bought it to support the 2d scene.

I just got the game.

 

My opinion, if you can get over the mismatch of sprites (Darkstalkers'

characters look worse than SF2 characters!), it is just an ok game.

Limited characters (only 2 secret characters??), too many shotokan.

But the gameplay is still ok. Not as bad as I think.

And Red Earth characters really kick ass

But with the limited option, i would be maybe playing for a few hours before going back to HL2

this game sucks, its garbage! a step back from cvs 2 which was probably capcoms masterpiece...it wont get any better...well for capcom, i personally would rather play KOF anyways...
