How do I make an M3U file?

I never really use M3U's in my Windows Media Playlists, but I just started trying them out and am wondering how I can create them with my own albums.

 

Do I need a seperate program or something?

M3U is a playlist format made by Winamp I think so I use that but you can do it in WMP.

 

Go to File -> Save Now Playing List As -> Then Choose M3U from the File Type Drop Box
