You are then teleported into a rail car, which unlike the first game does not last very long, and you are given control of the character. As you step off the train, you see a giant screen with Dr. Breen, apparently the human leader there, giving a positive speech on how choosing to settle in City 17, an Eastern European city where much of the game takes place, was the right decision........"
