I NEED HELP

You have to enable the cheat for it. To do that press Start and Select (Coin, whatever) and then go to Cheat Database and select the Fatality one. You have to do that every time you play and I think everytime you restart the game.

You can put the uni-bios.rom inside Neogeo.zip, works for me at least.

 

And alundra, read the text files that came with the universe BIOS, those will tell you how to use it effectively.

edit: i read the file and it say that i can add cheat file to it..but it doesnt show how..how do you do it...thanks
