While I think that the Silent Hill series is the bwest survival horror series ever, a movie won't do them justice.

There's too much innuendo's toward the game that are just pulled off lame (The radio, the hole, the chick from the graveyard, etc.). Plus the monsters aren't disfigured looking but humans with makeup.

 

Don't get me started on how THERE'S NO FOG! And the atmosphere isn't dark, gritty, or bloody enough/at all.

Are you kidding me? WTF happened to silent hill!!?? The whole damn movie looks like if it was done in light. It looks like the only monster from the trailer is a chick with powder on her face. Were the hell is the fog!? What about the part were your alone !? I've played Silent Hill 1 and 2. Im sorry, but this looks to me like a cross between a 1980's makeup hoering horror film and the blair witch project! Why!??
