Corn99 Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 worked my a$$ off just on this simple sene and increased renderinf time by alot.
Corn99 Posted December 2, 2004 Author Posted December 2, 2004 if u render a scene with just shaders its hard to make it look realistic lighting helps but its final gathering that gives a realistic look like i tried to make for this simple scene originaly i has\d flat unrealistic look to it.
Corn99 Posted December 2, 2004 Author Posted December 2, 2004 ha ha ha read my post above.its about making it look good even though its simple i wouldnt want this scene to look flat.
Ghosty Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 Ya, Then It Look Pretty Good, Oh What Am I Saying? Its Great,... Except For That Little Mark On The Right Of The Donut, Cant Seem To Get My Eye Off Of It.
Corn99 Posted December 2, 2004 Author Posted December 2, 2004 (edited) heres the same scene and not final gathering. Edited December 2, 2004 by Corn99
ken_cinder Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 Psst those marks on the right of the "donut" are the reflection of the 2 other things. lol Good use of lighting there, I think you could do better with the models though to give them a more realistic look in their shape however.
Corn99 Posted December 2, 2004 Author Posted December 2, 2004 well cinder iam going to use tis to render my low poly models.
Gryph Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 Pretty cool. The mirrored ring looks realistic.
alexis Posted December 2, 2004 Posted December 2, 2004 (edited) well i guess chrome suits better than mirrored, looks nice, the ring is eye candy, the onlyt bad thing i see here is hte low poly count, nut that seems your objetive so it is fine then this is just an idea but how about putting the light a little far, show the ring closer and let the shadow partiallly project over the other bodies, some crystal like one wouldn't be bad either hey dude stop posting here, this thread belongs to the artwork section seriously Edited December 2, 2004 by alexis
