If Your Trying To Say That You Want To Serv Files, Forget It Gc Doesnt Allow It. And There Pretty Much Nothing You Can Do Except Go To Other Channels And Get On Queues And Wait ForFiles To DL. If You Dont Do That, Just Think IRC As A Older But Better Aim.

No I mean like actually being present in the channel to make it worthwhile. A handful of users doesn't make for much of anything. Hell, if IRC kept post counts then I know that more people would use it.

But what can be done to promote the IRC channel? I assume that if you bothered to make the IRC info page then you mean more members to use #1emu?

I'll idle there from now on since I just found the option to minimize to system tray. One of the main reasons I never stayed was since I hated it in the task bar.
