Scientists make phone cover that turns into flower

The only problem is thatonly the cover is biodegradable. So you'd throw your phone away, a sunflower would grow and end up being polluted by whatever crap is in the battery and the rest of the phone.

its a great idea and a bad one at the same time some dumbarse would try to bury the whole phone instead of just the cover like they are supposed to.

It's the biodegradable plastic that's the point, not the flower.

 

As far as that's concerned, this seems awesome, but if it really "degrades into soil when discarded" then people better be real clear what "discarded" means before they buy it.

IMHO If the whole cell doesn't degrade then it's a bad idea...
