kof2k3nd dev loop

This is probably a dumb question but I can't seem to find any info on it through searching - in kof2k3nd when the game starts, it loads up the dev test (color tests and i/o tests) I didn't think anything of it until I couldn't get out of it. no matter what i seem to press, it just loops back to the first test! Does anyone have this porblem?

Ur problem 's due to the fact that U don't U use a fully decrypted P1.

 

U 've to use a decrypted P1 w/o bankswitching ; crc 57a1981d ; 8 Mb.
